I would like to publicly thank Hi-Tec Marine (Tony and Danny) for their extraordinary after sales service!!!! Six years after having purchased my boat I required some documentation in view of Valletta registration which I might have misplaced or otherwise. Hi-Tec immediately took up my request with their suppliers Marinello before the Christmas Holidays and yesterday I received all the documentation I required directly from Marinello! This is all apart from the continuous follow ups by Tony and Danny who constantly were in touch with Marinello and myself to make sure that I was satisfied!
This is a very valid reason for paying something extra when purchasing a boat.... Consider the aftersales not just the product! Thumbs up Tony & Danny!
