They are brand new.

The 113 (4/0)/114 (6/0)/115(9/0) are the original series. It as to be a real bargain to choose those of the new Red Senator Specials, marked 113H, 114H etc.

I'm most probably missing something here.  Where is the opportunity presented?, what are the prices, source? ???
