I personally do not know Frank, but was saddned by such a tragic death. Condolances to his famaly and friends. Let us all remember not to let our life be at risk because of pushing our hobby beyond its safety limits.
Can't wait to go fishing

i had met frank a couple of times at sea  he will be missed and a reminder to never dive alone
