EmicMalta Posts:1296 | October 14, 2008, 11:41:49 CET I never go to the same place the day after. No I didn t went diving there from that day. For sure she had moved out with it. The 5 punti is really hard to get fish or octopuse from it, especially when shoot under rocks. Somethimes I shoot even groupers to get them out and belive me when I m with the fisherman with his boat I always give it to him and its really hard especially if shoot in the head |

gozoboy Posts:0 | October 11, 2008, 16:21:45 CET oh alright not to deep, and yeah thats a shame u must've been pissed |
EmicMalta Posts:1296 | October 10, 2008, 22:16:49 CET in just 10-12mtr of water. We where in two but it was too strong and the 5 point once in, its too hard to get ti out from the the prey. Belive me, it was too strong, and another wrong thing that I was without a hook to get out the spears |

EmicMalta Posts:1296 | October 10, 2008, 09:46:22 CET last year I even lost my 5point complete with the spear. Was too big to take it out. It cost me nearly Lm10 Nice size |
gozoboy Posts:0 | October 09, 2008, 17:06:48 CET lol, yeah i noticed, my dad wasnt the best photographer sry and yeah if u have a hook use it, but i usually never cary one with me so it's either hand or spear |
Arti2 Posts:767 | October 09, 2008, 09:49:43 CET Normally I always use the hook but sometimes you have to shoot it with your speargun. One has to consider if he is going to damage the spear though! Once I shot a 4Kg+ one and it bent the spear in a way that it broke. (minn mal-gargi tal-virga)! |
Arti2 Posts:767 | October 09, 2008, 09:44:04 CET Nice size of an octopus man! When it is inside its nest I normally use a hook (ganc) to take it out. I caught two about that size in the same hole (bejta). You don't need to insert your hand at all if you have the hook. I even have a trident which I find very handy sometimes. |
wahx Posts:32 | October 09, 2008, 09:36:58 CET Nice octopus. but the photo is not taken very well. If you showed its full lenght it could have been a better pic! lol |
