| May 04, 2009, 12:10:22 CET Hi lexxun ,yes this reel is designed for surf/beach casting.It has a variable magnetic brakeing system which helps to prevent overuns.But this type of reel requiers a degree of skill to use to prevent tangles,commonly known as birds nests which when it happens you will see why they call it a birds nest. |
