Well done. My motto is: "If you are not going to eat it, release it carefully." Again, well done.

I know what you mean Dipolus Sargu  :'( But if we think that way then we will be as guilty as they are so I let them free & then just wish that they can avoid the nets ??? ;)

Prosit man, last weekend went fishing with my pal to gozo. The weather was not ideal and finished up fishing only in mgarr, hondoq and xatt l-ahmar. The result.... DIZASTRU! The only fish we caught were a small sargu, which I released and was caught again by my pal the day after! since it had a mark just below the fin. The rest we tried spinning for both fish and squid but the only time we saw a barracuda (quite big) was when we were fishing for squid and by the time I changed rod and lure it was gone :( :( for your info we used korean worms.

Thanks Gents , The funny thing about this is that when people passing by & are not fishermen ,they just look at you & give you the look as if you are crazy catching fish & releasing them back. Infact yesterday there was a man in his mid 40's & siad is it not good to eat. So explained that it would be good to eat when she is at least 5 to 10 kgs not now.  ;)
