No it wont work with the main motor in the up position, although i've seen some models advertised on the net that claim to do so, however after researching their reviews the general consenus seems to be that they are crap.

Just 1 question, will the link work aswell if the main motor is tilted up ??

nope, if you look closely at the center of the linkrod there is a quick diconnect device, pull it and both engines seperate from each other.
 The boat is a Warrior 150

good job. I only see one hitch that both engines have to be in the water, if u need top get away fast the smaller engine will brake u a bit?
