well done mate .... 1 more tip (just can add this to the ones I already told you) never clean the squid. just put it in a bag with all the ink, saliva etc etc and freeze it. then just clean it before cooking .....will taste much better  ;)

i didn't clean the squid cos i was so excited to take the photo.
