any help how to cook a pesce san pietro ???

a very good fish to eat, one of the best - we used to cook al cartoccio

Cartocio all the way my friend ;) Nothing beats a pesce san pietru cartocio.

Method:

Clean the fish, place in a dish, season with some herbs sea salt and some freshly crushed peppers. Some olives, onions, garlic and finely chopped tomatoes, Half a glass of white whine and a touch of olive oil ;)

Cover in foil and cook in the oven for 30min @ 180 degrees celcius and then ow well you will see the results :)

yeah and the taste wow.......It has been ages since i last caught a john dorey.
