Sabiki rigs

Has anyone tried the sabiki rigs over here? I tried them once but not a great result.

if kavalli , sawrell or lacci are in abundance yes... they re very good...used them a couple of times near the tuna pens

Never tried them but i reckon they would work well for lampuki

Yeah i know! in fact i told him the same thing use the sabiki rig and tie a metal spinner on the end for weight...i reckon it should increase the chances of a strike when the lampuki follow up and don't hit

used one last night for kavalli and i must say they work miracles

kavalli went crazy for them hehe

Im sure they would! they use them alot to catch mackrel for bait all around the world

the ones i have, have like a thin film of foil covering the hook and at night in the light of the spotlight it reflects a lot

ok never seen the ones you described before but the reflection would make a big difference i guess at night
