Sorry Ken but even with the best of goodwill, the song for Malta was awful & I couldn't have brought myself to vote for it if it had been the only one in the contest!
I learned a lot about geography on Saturday though, I now know who every country in europe has as a neighbour, because they all gave each other 8, 10, or 12 points regardless of how crap the song was, they were all at it, the closer you live to the middle of europe the more votes you get, that's why Germany won I suppose! Either that or the other countries were frightened that if they didn't vote for them, they might get invaded (again)
