if u have a small keep box take the frozen with u and if u need any just place them in some water and they thaw very quickly.if u dont use them they should keep frozen. If u have any ice packs add them and they will keep a whole day.

had a couple of hours fishing this morning with the prawns (gambli ) not to good, they were very slimy and kept breaking up when i put them on the hook, a guy down there told me they had been frozen to many times,he gave me some pellet things, i think he said it was awrat feed, just soak in water over night, so will try that. there was a chap net fishing from his luzzu not 30 mtrs from me, same chap that lands big tuna on the jetty every day,so thats maybe why not many fish about today, never mind will give it another try tomorrow, by the way i am using a no14 hook, is that ok?

Gambli are a bit delicate, what were you using a reel or just a rod with float? I always do well with Gambli, and regarding slimy, you are fishing mate, it does get slimy, if you are using, squid, snails, worms or gambli

i do understand that, but the guy who saw them said they were no good, so i put it down to the learning process, i will not buy from same chap again but i will be fishing in the morning, i am using poles, with floats ranging up to 4 grams, just made another rig up with a size 12 hook, its all trial and error, but i am having fun.
