My choice is as follows (NB I use braid in the spool):

double the braid with a bimini twist

tie the braid to a piece (approx 2m) of large diameter braid in the region of the mono you will be using with a bristol knot

tie the large diamater braid to the mono or fluorocarbon with a double uni knot

I use this setup both for trolling and for jigging.  What I do to troll is to tie a dropper loop in the large diamater braid to be able to attach the "piombo guardiano"

Re the braid to the lure/hook, I never attached the braid directly to the lure/hook, since it is highly visible in water (unless one is fishing with a popper or other top water lures, but I cannot give any help since I never used these type of lures).

Hey guys today i just bought a new spinning rod shimano reel adn grauvell rod..I filled my reel with 300 mtrs of braid but i was wondering whats the best knots with braid because when i tried to make a knot with it it seemed to get kind of brittle...I am using climax superbraid o.14mm which can hold up to 9.5 kilos

Definitly the albright knot easy to tie (and quick too!) and its never let me down  :)
Uni to uni is also good.
