Hi Everyone ..... How about maybe we organize a land squid fishing competition around mid-January ? Any hints and tips on how we should do it are greatly appreciated  . I am sure we'll have tons of fun. I am hoping that by mid-January we'll be able to catch some nice ones too. |

I will try to take part but I think the most difficult thing is to find a good place since as u know squid fishing from land is only limited to a very few places and those will be taken up by early afternoon normally.

The best is to avoid FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY. January we could go to many places as squid start getting closer to land. Veccia should be good, Fekruna better.

Oh well .... this is great seeing people interested in this competition. I think we can start working on it . How about first we see who is interested in it, then we decide the date and then after all that we can talk about some rules/locations. Obviously one of them rules will be that squids less than 10cm will have to be released although I think that around mid-January all of them squids will be larger than that size. Also if we see that there will be a lot of members involved we can group up as teams, and we might even go to different places and then meet up at one location at around 9pm/10pm to check our catches u inhabru r-rebbieh/rebbiehin (translation : check our catches and announce the winner/winners) Buddhagrass Shanook Aab131 Ganni Fisheye Ramio Ciappinu Total : 7 |
