Guys may I ask something related on the catch and release system plus on the knuz tal qieh.

When caught bottom fish tend to come up to my hook with a sort of air balloon in their mouth.  It sort of contains their internal orgins.  Is a fish able to have this back to place and relive normally??

I was very fond of long liners till some years ago.  Sometimes I have experimented with different types of hooks and bait.  Sometimes I left knuz for days due to bad weather.  I remember one which we left for 5 days the sea was too rough to pull it up safely. 

All the hooks were there and not disintegrated  or do they disintegrate because of some acid the fish release?

mellieha fish that come up with the swolen swimming bladder can never make it back!! and mellieha as i said most normal hooks don't corrode in a few days, they have to be of special material, otherwise as you said your long line would have been hookless haha

just to make myself more clear lapsiboy that i don't have anything wrong against the by catch of brieqex, but specifically going for them.... that is a whole other story

better 100 days of non catching and then be rewarded with some nice fish than 100 days of fishing for brieqex

and you lapsiboy, you catch some nice fish and don't need any brieqex in my opinion.

brieqex are very ignorant and bite whatever you fish with but one has to note that they represent part of the ecosystem. the nature wants them to be abundant, and we must strive to keep them abundant. using bait that yields good fish only is a good solution

Spnotta look on the bright side ...Another 95 applaud and youll reach 100 . No but realy Skip i think it would be a nicer thing to take the applaud smite thing off. And i will tell you why, if a new member enters the site he will immediatly think bad about (Example):Spnotta which isn't fair. Its sort off like labeling. Also we cant learn from a - , but we can if someone points out if someone does something bad (Everyone does).
