I think blue sky in birkirkara will do it for you but up to a certain thickness and i think also that it costs a lot of money too. :-\

I have done a windscreen for a flecther at skyline. They cut my shapes using 3mm plastic that can easily bent round acute corners. My client was very satisfied with the job.

You can buy the material on e-bay what you really need is 6mm "Makralon" its the stuff they use for police riot shields, :o if you dont need a huge sheet you can buy "offcuts" quite cheaply.
I replaced my split windscreen with it, it cuts quite easily with a jigsaw with a very FINE blade (if you use a coarse blade the stuff chips), the great thing is that if it goes "misty" you can polish it back to crystal clear with "Solvol Autosol" (a chrome cleaner) & a lambswool buffing pad fitted in an electric drill. Once you have fitted one of these they are there for LIFE, you can throw bricks at it & it wont break! ;)

Hi Blueskip and the rest of the Guys.

Makrolon is a trade name for Polycarbonate sheets.  It is lightweight, transparent, breakproof (resistant to impacts) and withstands high and low weather temperatures.  Its the stuff normally used for the manufacture of riot shields, shower cabinets, boat windshields and green houses, stadium perimeters, bus shelters.

In essence, modern architecture and engineers would be lost today  without it.  Makrolon's moulding properties place virtually no restrictions on the design.

The buzz word----->   High tech plastic!! ;)

after reading the above....... there are two places mentioned, skyline ltd and online , don't know if that helps :-/ you could try local boat manufactures who probably do their own for the boats they produce.
