robby I am no expert but kindly keep in mind the 'ziffa ta l-art"  that is cause by high temperatures on land that rises that creates a space for the colder air on sea to enter.  Hence the 'ziffa tal art'.  This swell is always seen to blow wind inland irrevelant of the conditions and it is mostly visible (or feel the effect) in no wind conditions.

Yes i know... the good thing is, if im not mistaken, the kite will perform well with winds i quote the description
Quotecan fly in the lightest winds whilst being able to fly in winds of up to 40 knots

so, jekk ikun xi forza 3 sa forza 6, zgur m'hemmx problemi... ax it tajra ser titla fil gholi.

Ive seen some clips on Youtube of this method and im sure it would work here especially during the lampuki season (sort of like an mrejkba in the air  ;D) but how effective it is would be down to the skill of the person flying the kite.It looks easy on the videos but like alot of things in life that look easy they usually end up being quite difficult!
Put it this way its been a LONG time since i flew a kite so id probably end fishing on the land and catching very angry fisherman instead of fish!!!!  :D
