Robby017,  I posted that I am available either Tuesday or Wednesday.  Monday is reserved for Competition Day.  If the weather is not good for our competition, I can't understand why it would be good to go out for alongi on Monday.  Please do not take initiatives on your own, because you have caused quite some confusion here, and people are assuming that its alright to go on Monday, while I had to be alerted by others that you had posted all this.  This is your initiatve, I have nothing to do with this.  Please refrain from organising cost sharing trips on my behalf.

The trip is still on.  if there are 4 ppl or more willing to coat share, then we go.

Sorry Joe, I must have misunderstood your earlier post were you told me to gather a party of 4-6 to be able to go on Monday should the wind be force 4 and competition cancelled. I apologise to all in advance and to Joe for the misunderstanding.

You're right Robby017, many a times I have been out and the wind picked up to F4 and F5 and stayed there.  While trolling, its no porblem for the Gaffer.  But remember, people are paying to have a good time.  The discomfort starts when you actually hook up.  Standing with you feet apart, both hands on the rod, while the boat is pitching and rolling, is not the ideal fishing trip.

Again, i openly apologise but, my point was this...

I was putting together a group of 4-6 for monday IF AND ONLY IF THE COMPETITION WAS A NO GO(considering the weather forcast then showing a steady force 4). At no point was i ever and will ever try to take control over anyone's matters. In fact at the end of my posts I said that the last word will be of The_Gaffer whether we go or not.

Now, i was putting together a team, and as soon as I would have reached 4, I was going to call you on your mobile and tell you' "Lsn Joe, I have a group of 4 who are willing to go for Albacore on Monday if the competition does not take place, is it ok with you? and shall I confirm with the rest?"

But again, I openly apologise to you should you have felt that I have direspected you in any way. It was not in my interest to do so and I'll make sure it won't happen again.
