What are we going to use for bait? is there a wet fish shop where we can buy some mackerel or squid, if we buy it frozen from Mr Fish it will cost an arm & a leg, & we cant be relied upon to catch our own bait, otherwise we will be there all night fishing with bare hooks! Cheesy

Ask your daughter in law if there s any fish shops or vans selling fish where you are staying. Iam going to try to catch some small fish to use as bait or maybe strips of lampuki. Grin

Strips of lampuki go in the frying pan, not into Marsaxlokk harbour! I will have a dangle from Marsascala pier during the day to see if I can get some small fish as well, I usually do, but when we need them I will "blank" you watch Angry

Target species is MONSTER MORINA.But we,ll probably fish for other spiecies on another rod waiting for the big one to show up  Shocked
