Gallery Competition - Sponsored by Malta Fishing Tackle Box - www.maltafishingtacklebox.com

We have created a Top Rated Gallery page on the website and every three months we will feature the top 3 rated pictures. www.maltafishingforum.com/gallery.html

RULES

1) The picture of your fish must be recent and caught by a forum member
2) If the same 3 pictures remain the top rated after 3 months, we will move to the next top three
3) Ratings summary is calculated automatically by the forum gallery software based on your votes
4) Winners will be announced at the end of December 2009
5) The Forum Administrator reserves the right to disqualify any picture submitted that does not appear to be genuine.

You the members will vote for your favourite pictures, thereby deciding the winners.

Thats a bummer! my photo of the swells breaking down at the Freeport was a work of art, I captured the moment of the yellow maltese sandstone, the grey of the sky of a typical Maltese summer ::) the blue of the sea the white of the spray, & the aesthetic beauty of the oil tanks in the background ;D
All I missed was the empty cans & bottles scattered around, & the miles of discarded nylon, & the plastic bags attached to every scrubby bush between the ledges & the car park.
Maybe there should be a category for "non fishing photo of the year" where everybody who litters your lovely island can see their handywork & maybe it will prick their guilty consciences! :-[

I agree with blueskip.Everytime I go fishing on the beach I think that I made a mistake.Sometimes I think that I am in a rubbish landfill or at the public convenience (latrina).
