Is it true as I was just told that Fifla, sewrage outlet point and within 1km of land is the only places you cant fish? Does that mean all other reefs in  Malta are shared by fisherman and divers? Weird if its true

Also shipwrecks are protected and there are some other areas. But mostly its as you said

Saint Paul's Reef
Zurrieq

Inland Sea You cant its a natural reserve, Zurrieq there is the ship wreck so you must pay attention. Cirkewwa you cant either. The rest i think you can. Not 100% sure though check it out.

I can reply for the once I fish nearby.

Ahrax reef fishing can be done normally.  Night fishing with lights is prohibited for 200meters from the cliff in summer due to the Birdlife Yeloukan Project.

Cirkewwa.  Total marine conservarion area except for traditional handline methods and only for surface fish.  It should be a no anchoring zone even for divers boats (but).

Anchor bay is part of the majistral Park and it should be an area of conservation.  Remember that their is a wrech over there, thus prohibited also.  Kindly remember that that area there are quite some caves for divers very very dangerious as from the inside one cannot see the light.

Lighthouse Point, (I believe Ponta Irqiqa).  Now it is a protected area since their is a wreck.

Qawra ta fra ben their is the wreck

if there is a wreck what distance from the wreck is protected, also can you drop lines out the front of the Dragonara casino where the reef is?
