Koden fish finder colour CRT Monitor

Guys i have this fishfinder which i find very good but am still learning how to use it.

What is the A-SCOPE made for ?

How can you identify a fish or a couple of fish ? i managed to identify a bait ball ok it is quite obvious

Also what about the bottom??? ie mainly i see red colour. Is this rock ??

a-scope is the immediate sounding underneath u.  the main window is bottom that has already passed by. Mine the rock is indicated by light colour......so yellow is rock and red is mud, sand anyway soft bottom.

try it out and see what u get when u have rock underneath and then try it in sand and check the difference.

10x tony. When we were fishing with longlines last time i was sure were were on (blat tal qawwi) and it was showing a red  bottom

BigBoy for Koden Red is Rock bottom = (pagri ) yellow is sand or mud.
