Well the rod is now ready, and will get a good polishing next week, after the epoxy has had time to set fully. In the mean time here are a few specs and photos.

Blank: Lamiglas GFW842M 7', 2 piece, 8-12lb, 1/4 to 3/4oz.
Handle: japanese split style, EVA foam grips, Aluminium trims.
Reel seat: Fuji VSS 16, painted black marble.
Guides: Fuji Alconite Chrome.
Thread: Gudebrod Black and Gold.

it's not a jigging rod, the max casting weight is 3/4oz that is about 21g

Real nice rod! Hope I get to see it an action. Wish this bloody weather sorts itself out as have not gone spinning in weeks now. If i manage to one day master this sport a bit better I will surely invest in such a rod. Since I mainly use lures that range from 15 grams to 40 grams what set-up would be suggested?

Well I made this rod with small sub 15g jigs and silicone lures in mind. Perfect for Kahli and Sawrell locally, and Seabass in Sicily.

Anyway, rod is always up for sale anyway

or similar to it if anyone wants different colours.
