upgrading Suzuki DT9.9 of 1996 to a DT15c Help needed

Dear All,

I have a Suzuki DT9.9 long shaft of 1996 and i want to uprate to 15. I was told to change the jet and the reed valves and that should do the trick. I want to make sure that is all i need to change and do i also need to re adjust the air/fuel mixtures? Do i only need to change the reed valves and stoppers or also some other parts.? Is the main jet enough or do i need to change also the nozzle? Any good mechanic that does not rip me off can do the job?
Further more an electronic copy of a workshop manual would really help if somebody knows from were to look up one.

Your assistance would be greatly appreciated?
