Guys,

Firefox 4.0 was released yesterday and promises a much much faster browsing experience. I normally only use Internet Explorer however due to some testing at work I used 4.0 and found an excellent performance increase for my testing so I thought I'd see how the forum loads with 4.0

Well it's like we've increased the server and bandwidth, pages load much much faster and the whole experience seems a lot better than IE8.0. I haven't yet tried IE9 which I understand was also recently released and I haven't tested all compatibility with the forum using Firefox 4.0 but it looks promising and I urge you to try it out.

Thanks Skip. I usually alternate between the two when watching live streaming football.

I installed IE9 today and I can say that it is much faster than IE8 too. Did not try Firefox 4 yet so cant compare.
But from what I read Firefox4 was rushed out to compete with IE9 and Chrome 10.

My IE was crashing all the time, and I thought something was wrong with my PC. I installed Firefox 3.5 almost 2 yrs ago and internet is much, much faster, and brought down crashing to nil. Will never go back to IE. Also, Firefox is really user friendly and has some really handy features.

There are some countries that everyone uses firefox.. its here that the majority of us uses IE.

I've been using firefox for about 4 year's it's much faster doesn't crash as blaze said and once you get used to it you'll dread using Internet explorer!
