Actually GoGo, the final registration date for boats without the BFT permit is Tuesday, 19 June, just before the actual pre Tournament briefing.  That way, since this is a mandatory briefing to be attended by all skippers, all participating boats are officially registered, and participation fee is collected.

If maybe you are referring to the boat inspection, then no, boats hailing from M'Scala are inspected in Birzebuga.
