I'm interested too. As to whether it's a good time, I'm not so sure, I was only catching 1 or 2 or sometimes even 0 each time I went for them over the past few weeks. Which location would you suggest? My boat is based at Msida but I can make arrangements to get to other locations if you suggest elsewhere.

we were using live bait lachi and vopi but since that day they seem to have all stopped catch a single one now

try getting the live bait in midwater or just a couple of feet off the bottom thats where i am seeing them

count me in...........it sounds interesting especially since I never fished for cudas.
If its going to be a boat tournament may I suggest we pick St.Paul's bay/Bugibba
area for the simple reason that I have a small boat.
