Lampuki (Dorado/Mahi Mahi) season just started and will progress over the next few weeks. In Sept you might also find schoolie sized Bluefin (BFT)that are strictly catch and release. As a by catch during the Lampuki season we get hundreds of juvenile BFT that are often hooked up. These are totally illegal to land/keep so beware. You might also be lucky enough to hit into a Swordfish or Med Spearfish
