couple of queries re-tender boat?

Hello! I recently purchase a 2m Selva inflatable dinghy as a tender!

Is registration necessary and is the is T/T <boat name> a legal requirement by Transport Malta?

Either way I will probably do the T/T and was thinking of vinyl stickers instead of a paint job - anyone have any other ideas or can recommend a source?

If I'm not mistaken no registration is required for a tender.
