Pikehunter from Sweden

WWW
« on: February 05, 2014, 13:33:04 CET »

Hi,

Im new here. Im from Sweden but I live in Sliema.

I have three questions about fishing in Malta.

  • If i want to fish from land, what spot is the best around Sliema and at what time shall I do it and what lure/bate shall I use? (Barracuda would be nice to catch!)
  • Wich is the best guide/boat to join if I want to hunt for bigger fish like tuna or dorado?
  • Is there any Sailfish swimming around close to Malta? Is there anyone hunting these fish that I can join? What season would be best?

A lot of questions there. Im looking forward to get some good info.

Thanks a lot!

Cheers,
