Fishing from land, deep sea and Sailfish?

Hi,

I´m new here. I´m from Sweden but I live in Sliema.

I have three questions about fishing in Malta.

• If i want to fish from land, what spot is the best around Sliema and at what time shall I do it and what lure/bate shall I use? (Barracuda would be nice to catch!)
• Wich is the best guide/boat to join if I want to hunt for bigger fish like tuna or dorado?
• Is there any Sailfish swimming around close to Malta? Is there anyone hunting these fish that I can join? What season would be best?

A lot of questions there. I´m looking forward to get some good info.
