hi i was wondering if it is hard to pull down a 75cm gun with a 16mm band because i am quite small and skinny and if anyone spearfishes from the shore near pembroke because that is the place i am moving to there most likely in september

Not at all.....

very easy... it then depends on the length you cut the rubbers.
