Beuchat Marlin Elite Speargun

Yesturday I got my 4 new babies, 1 50cm, 1 75cm, 1 105cm and 1 125cm. Eated something and went to arrange a bit the setup for my type of fishing on the 105cm.

Put up a 3 lug double barb spear, a 21mm rubber amber, filled up the reel and at 5pm I was in the water. The weather wasn t so nice but I was there only for testing. Loaded the gun and found it just a bit positive on the head. I like that. Done some aspettoes but the seabream where to small so continue a a good place. There was a lot of barracudas sm,all one but there was full. Tried the first aguato and shoot my first shoot. Woww... I was really impressed. reaqlly a perfect shoot. I got good guns but never with a 21mm rubber got that perfect shoot. So I tought that cos I was a bit near to the prey and re loaded the gun. After a second say some salpa so I said lets try a long shoot over 5mtrs. It was a nice one of around 900gr, made it in line and shoot. The fish was in the spear. Infact I had made the line passing twice cos for sure it takes all the line when it shoots. Then I made another aguato and found myself with around 200 Bcudas on my left and 1 very near so I was waiting for the school. As after few second I found them with me, and as a lot of times a Tried to get wo in line but i missed the shoot. 

Reloaded and went to another place. I was doing an aspetto aqd the b cudas come. I got another 3 and I didn t missed 1 shoot even if they where under a Kg. The thing is not of getting the fish but to see how ecurite it was. Then I went to see for some rabbit fish and got a nice one of around 600gr. Put it to the fish keep and I knew it was poisen so I broke the bones. But I forgot the first bone. I tuched it and had to go back cos couldn t move my hand (and still today after nearly 20hrs)

Raelly happy with it, first cos a good gun helps you a lot in the spearfishing, second its carbon and can have a very heavy load, 3rd it has a very good reel and this help a lot and 4th its not expensive. Compared too others guns its cheep. I had even 550euro guns and must say that this is much better for my opinion and for our sea.

Now we have to set up the 3 other guns, but first the 125cm for some deep dives

in maltese they call it qawsalla. My hand is still bad and i went to the doctor and gave me some cream due that i don t get pills. But tomorrow I ll go to the clinic cos better an injection. Thanks for your compliments
