I have got a bait casting net from Canada and I tried to cast it several times but I can't manadge.Does anyone know how to cast it?

I never tried it but when i was in USA i was going to buy one and my brother in law strongly objected as he had one and could never cast it properly. I think its a matter of how to hold it before casting that makes the difference. Sorry spitec cant help u there....

No problem shanook.I saw a video on the web now I will try it and see what happens.Once I tried a whole day and I finished with my hands aching and with only one good throw Embarrassed

there is a small trick that makes all the difference.

once you grab the net and you're ready to through it,
**put the front part of the net (just the tip) between your teeth**
and release it when you release the net from the front hand. (right hand if you're right handed)

i tried it several times with success =)=)

ok...so when you grab half the net, you should put it on your left hand (as seen in this video!) that is important. then you have 2 piles of lead (upper and lower). the middle outer part between the two lead piles is put into your mouth!

take a look at the video (i searched for many more cast net videos but this is mabye one of the best
...it's worth it!
