End of summer bbq 2008

Hi guys. Due to a great demand, here is another bbq being organised by the MFF.

Details are listed below

Date: Friday 3rd October 2008
Venue: Ta' Fra Ben
Price: 20 euro Kids: 5 euro
Everyone is invited including guests.
You do not need to bring anything along, everything will be provided ie: tables, benches, light, disco music, cutlery, plates, food and cold drinks.
Menu:
starter - Pork & beef sausages
1 Drumstick with honey each
1 Drumstick with Tandori Masala each
Maltese sausages in honey

Main - Steak (cuberoll) with diane sauce and chips.

Dessert- Usually watermelon.

Drinks - Open bar (including: wine- gellewza frizzante, merlot, chardonnay, beer- lager and heineken, soft drinks-coke and sprite, and water)

Kids: either burgers or nuggets (just please let me know)

P.S. if anyone would like chicken breast instead of beef, let me know in advance.

I would also like to add that the minimum number of persons to organize this bbq has to be 20, so come on join in. Please also note that the bbq is going to be organized by third parties, so whoever confirms his attendance is expected to pay.

Please post in confirmation for number of persons attending, any kids? And if you prefer chicken breast!

Whilst booking, please also list: number of persons, and whether you would like it by the sea or in a sectet place in the bushes

If you prefer by the sea, tel me where.
Please note that the weather needs to be also favourable

yes I know but belive me, on Sunday we need to wake up at 5am, go for the rib, and have 4hrs diving and need to be at my top form. Days like that we do really deep dives and we will need to be more concentrated even if your at the surface. I need to garantee safety for my buddy and if somthing is needed down there I couldn t miss

I will miss it up

for me it makes no difference. I will come with my boss so x2 and I would like 1 beef and 1 chicken please.

try to come, you can always drink sprite and water and leave earlier

if you want me, baghira and Bikri can sing the good night song for you before you leave so that you will sleep all night like a baby

sure fishfinder. Even if it was on friday I wouldn t had come. I do training realy hard and on saturday I just relax all day. If I come I will not get back early for sure.

And for Baghira and Bikri, looks good for live entertaiment

Sorry brothers. I looked at an available date for organisers, and that was it. Anyday you do it there will always be someone that will not attend. Last time we did it during the week, and there were some that said they prefer to be off the day after. So then we did it on friday. This time we decided to organise it on a saturday, both due to availability, and also for those who would not make it on a friday.

Will try and make it, probably x1 but still not sure. Any idea where you plan to do it? And would def be chicken for me this time, wasn't keen on the cuberoll!

i am working night on saturday cant come. maybe you can do it sunday and start early say 18.00. or the saturday after
