Interesting session.
Hope all enjoyed it.
This yoga is somehow diffcult to explain, since that it is not a staightforward subject, normally during a lecture, you hear and learn. In this You have to practice, and by time you will have to feel this 'something'.

Hope we will be able to do some more sessions, I am sure it will help, and after all it is not costing us a fortune, and is good to meet.

Attendance was good, there were only rixa and emic missing for some personal issues. Guys please those who will not be attending the next session please inform me, so that I can make the necessary arrangements in advance, not to put any extra burden onto the others, by making them pay extra. For the moment I am considering that everyone will be attending the next session.

Thanks guys, and cya

Ok course he was directly opposite me. ;D ;D

Sorry just a joke mark.

I would like to recall a personal experience or feeling.

It is very difficult to explain so please try to imagine.  I have made some practise last night and also this morning.  The balancing poses are fuc...g difficult.  You stess muscles you never tought to have or else that we tend to utilise less.  I tried relaxation but to no luck.  There was too much ambience noise, so I should go somewhere else.

I tried breathing (I believe the pranayama).  Did not manage on both occasions although this morning I was not in a state to continue so I left immediately.

The aspect of total consentration I believe is easy for me to master since I have this authomatic concentration feeling.  I do not know how.  The issue of breathin is my primarily issue and also balance but at sea it is much easier to balance.

Will try to post mky sensations gradually.

Reading Melliehas post gave me courage to share my experience with all of you. At one point during the session Baghira asked me if I ever attended these sessions before because he told me " Li nintrewa mhux hazin  ;D". All I can say is that I used to attend Shotokan Karate for quite some time in which during some sessions we used to practise meditation and relaxation. We also used to stretch a lot which I kept doing once a while to keep my elasticity. During yesterdays session I managed to reach a very good level of relaxtion combined with slow and shallow breathing. I was really happy with myself that with just one session I was able to put my mind into it and immerse into the wonderful world of Yoga. Like I said before this isn't completely new to me and I'm sure that my past Karate meditation and relaxation sessions have helped me to adjust myself easier to Yoga. Prana (or Chi) is real energy. If one manages to master how to absorb and control it, one can do things beyond imagination. To understand more what I have just said just have a look at the Shaolin Monks and some of their performances on youtube. They are the Chinese masters of Chi. All I can say is that one cannot expect miracles just after a couple of sessions of Yoga. I'm sure that in a couple of months time we all start to see benefits and improvments @ sea  ;)

After alot of taught I decided to resign from the sessions.  As everyone pointed out, it needs time and dedication which I dont have.  I also dont have much time to go to swim and during this time of year im happy if I catch 2 sargi.  I'd consider the sessions in the winter.

This does not mean that the sessions arent helpful, If I had the time like last year I m sure ill be up for it.  Sorry boys !
