Camera bracket on a Beuchat marlin elite speargun

Hi guy, this week an italian guy sent me some kind of plastic that can be used for making the camera bracket. Its not so hard to work it but it is needed a lot of work to try to have a good setup.

Infact I spent about 8hrs trying to find a good one and yesturday I went for a test. But the bracket didn t hold enough. The problem is that I had used a short screw and today I will re try with a 1cm bigger.

here is a shoot on a barracuda at 5mtr+ and infact there are some waiting if shooting or not cos too far. The fish went out of spear

re seeing the video can say with what speed and only a very small vibration by the rubbers. I really like this gun mainly cos i feal comftable and can rely on it.

This morning I used to make another bracket maybe have chace to try it later on

Hi Emicmalta, this is great stuff. I once saw a documentary with somthing similar. This guy had a similar set up on his rifel, and when he fires he takes a snap shot of prey with a cross marking where he would have hit if he shot a real bullet. Obviously he has only pictures as trophies, conserving the animals, but he still has to go in on the pray like on a real killing spree.

nice thing too, and dont worry as things are going it looks that there will be to change our guns to cameras 

yes ones I heared that. Its nice too because the technice will be the same but then the diference it that fish will be too much kind so will be more easy "to catch"

New bracket. This one is much better.

This is a fast dive yesturday after setting it up nearly at sunset.

My only problem is that the housing cango down only -15mtr so the videos wil be all in less then -15mtr since Im not with the one that Giovanni use

Perla Nothing special but sometimes we are more rlax and that very inportant and we increase our apnea But fish is caught do to experience and to know how the fish reacts . As I said, the camera housing goes down only 15mtr and this doesnt help me cos some times I m chasing fishand have to stop. Today I cased other 3 ice ones but had to stop cos think I was even on the -20mtr

Its really hard to make this recordings. I had also other 8 fish recorede but had problems due that im still a biginer in recording down there.

Yesturday I lost 3  fish and one of them was a grouper all cos of the camera and trying to record the event
