the date for me is ok. but i would prefer if it was in the week end since i am at uni and the following day i will have lectures from 8am and i think there are others like me. however i will make it the same

We can move it to the 12th or 13th if everyone prefers, my only reasoning for the week was to avoid tying up the weekend for people. Maybe still the 12th would be better so as not to tie up Saturday evening.

Once again give us a quick idea if the 12th makes more sense for people?
