rob i didnt mean to interfere its jus that u found some difficulty in communication. I gave u the site just to lend a hand as a matter of fact i didnt post here but sent straight to u.
Its ur call whatever u want to do i agree. please inform us as u usually do.
the one on ebay does bulk discounts as well but if u sre not sure about the item if u want we can order one and see what it is like.....

kif tghiduli..... its ok ton, don't worry, all in the open is better, i'm not here to run a business just trying to help out as i always did and give as much of my free time as i can to the forum which has become so limited these past months... infact i updated the thread at 2 am as i didn't think i'd have any chance from work this morning....

as i told you, i had originally got mine for some 45 euro (circa $62) inc shipping of course after i had told him i want it in order to view it before bulk buying.

Why has the pic showing the LED lamp suddenly dissapeared from the site. All I asked was for the source, thinking that the source might have other marine related products, especially LED lights, since I'm thinking of installing some on the Gaffer. The when Robby posted saying its from Alibaba, I know alibaba, like everyone here I am sure does, and that's not the source, its just a sourcing site for suppliers. Then we get all touchy about transperancy and running a business and stuff like that. Geez, all I asked was a simple question, and all barricades are up!!

Granitu, that's the only item I know of. This seller has no website to go browse... However I am thinking he is an agent to the one shanook found as the later prices are cheaper and picture is similar if not the same.

I'm sorry - pardon my stupidity, but I've read the thread all over again, and I can't see any evidence that suggests you where going to make a profit. But then, even if you did, that's your perogative. If you think its a waste of time organising a purchase from the net to provide us with LED bulbs, then I do hope you imagine the time invested in keeping the whole forum running, organising a tournament, organising a magazine to support the tournament, chasing sponsors - literally, chasing advertisers - literally, meetings with various entities - literally, etc, etc, etc.

If you want to delete the whole topic, that's your perogative also.

Robby just a warning.Did you take note that when you are gone order a bulk quantity from outside E.U you will have to pay VAT and duty?If you just order 1 light is a thing and when you order bulk you will surely be held at customs! I am just trying to open your eyes.

ouch..... yes, you are surely right on that and i did not think about it.

that means on the individaul net price we get, we need to add a further 18% VAT if stopped at customs.

Spitec, you pay VAT on the value of the item and not the shipping cost as well.... just to double check....
