Parts of the competition will definately be filmed and we have an aircraft for 1 hour to film/photograph the floating finish point.

Well  my friend i never asked for the price of the boat or the price of the ff or anything, i just passed a comment that i thought could be useful for next years organisation, thats all. and i really appreciate the effort done by skip and co.

and yes i had read the pdf files before posting anyting.

and i wasn't passing my comment from the viewpoint of the crew or from that of a skipper, i was being neutral, in fact i havent posted to confirm my attendance yet just because i dont know if im going out with my boat or not

Once again thanks for the effort, im sure it is going to be great :)

Guys, I've been receiving requests to consider having a starting point at Gnejna. If we can get 5 boats together and a judge then we will definately consider adding this start location.

I know that busumark and fortuna were interesting in using this as a location to start plus another guy chris who emailed me today.

Is there anyone else who would want to use this as a Start location.

I d love to leave from gnejna :)

Vlegga - Yes, all crew members on any boat need to be registered on the available registration form sheet.

Hi Skip, The_Gaffer.
One last question, all the people that will be on board, have to be registered, does this mean all people on board have to pay the entrance fee, even though some might not be fishing, like the Captains Wife, who will be making sandwhiches and providing coffee for the rest of the crew, also do all the people who register get a t-shirt and cap.

Thanks again for all your hard work organising the competition, we are looking forward to a cracking day on the water, regardless of the result.

I think all must pay.... It's quite difficult to tell or find out who was actually fishing and who was preparing sandwiches.... What maybe the organinisers might consider is maybe a capping that say you pay for a maximum of 5-6 pax... But then if you can afford a boat that takes more crew I don't think it should be a problem to fork out the competition entrance fee.... :-)
I'd rather be fishing.....

I will launch also from gnejna if possible.
