Advice on 13/14 foot boat

Hi Guys, I am thinking of buying a Bucaneer 13 foot boat and I was wondering if any of you have experience with this boat with a 30hp 4 stroke motor. My question is, would it plain well with 4 adults on board, or would it not? What are your suggestions?
